Back story: She didn't have a proper name, once. She was never called Serafina. A surname would have been unimaginable - what use were they? She was a servant of gods and demons, a hellhound that hunted down those her masters - varied and many over the several hundred years of her life - indicated to her. She ended the deals her masters struck.
And then, just once, she messed up. Something went wrong and she was left reeling as her packmates had to clean up the mess she left behind in her failure. And as was the way of things, she was punished for her failure.
She was banished to the ground - to Excolo - in human form, with no powers and no claws to save her from harm. A strange woman with strange mannerisms left wandering, hoping that someday, her punishment may be over.
Strengths and weaknesses: Physically she's very capable - agile, quick, and reasonably strong. She has a quick mind, but she is easily confused by many human concepts. Her ideas of "good" and "evil" are very black and white. She has a tendency to follow orders automatically, so used to them that acting independently is strange to her. She considers her normal human senses to be weak and inferior.
